Isn't it strange? I had my last violin lesson!!! Finally!!! I've been waiting for this day for a very very very long time. Although I feel guilty, I think it's alright. Violin's just not my cup of tea. I actually thought of changing my mind and maybe getting a teacher that leaves nearby but... it seems like my parents are not finding any teacher and neither am I. So... hmmmm... ohwell. I'll just let it be!

Yay! I'm back from strings camp!! Finally, I can enjoy my holidays on monday onwards. (: I had a very busy schedule the pass few weeks. Was working on proposals, flying overseas, projects... but phew! Everything's over! Let's see, the next thing I'm dreading would be monday. ): Why? Cause I have violin lesson. Probably the last. I feel some sort guilty. I guess no one can persuade me to change my decision. Not even my teacher. At least I know to be careful when getting a female teacher! They're more emotional then male teachers. Even though my teacher offers to teach me at a place which is muchmuch nearer to my house, on weekends and irregular lessons... I just can't accept the offer. If I really accept, I'll feel like I'm owing her a favour.
So monday should be my last lesson. Or will be. ): I feel sooo guilty. If I ever change my decision.. ohwell, I'll see how!
Strings camp was fairly fun. It didn't go as well as I expected... so I'm a bit disappointed. But at least, we finally had our veryvery first overnight camp!! After persuading mrs chan for such a long time.. I hope my juniors will continue the tradition! Let's see, I'm already starting to plan other things... ohoh! And I'm actually worried about the audition for SYF! Strangely, I feel that I won't get through, considering my attitude. I mean I enjoy talking during rehearsals, looking back and doing more talking... turning around and looking at the clock, staring outside, waiting for rehearsal to be over.. hmmm. I'm starting to think that I don't set a very good example. But at least the other SLs do set a good example!
Basically, I'm typing such a long post cause I'm waiting for my video to be uploaded. Sometimes I don't understand why I have a blog. Maybe cause it feels good when I look at my archives and reflect on the past.. I feel ancient. I'm probably ageing. ohoh! I did something cool during strings camp.. Ze and I rollerbladed around school for night games!! It's a good place to skate. Both of us also managed to enjoy supper at 1am at the canteen. Hehehe. How memorable.
I still need to practise violin. And piano.
I can't imagine myself being sec 4.

HELLO!! I'm back from Cambodia!! (: I've learnt sooo much there! And I'm surely going to miss that place. Anyway, my dad finally bought me a camera before I left for Cambodia. It ended up to be from fujifilm. ): How sad and annoying. Well at least it's 10 megapixels. He said he might get me a SLR if I really want one.
My phone's officially dead. ): And now I have to use a nokia phone!! ):
Got a laptop today!
But...
It's not what I wanted either. It's only $1100. The only reason for why I chose that was because the screen is non reflective. And since I don't wish to permanently wear specs, I have to save my eyes. ): Ohwell, I least I have a laptop!
And more depressing things coming up!!
Tomorrow will be my 2nd last violin lesson. Heeeee.

I spent my very first day in Hannoi. Didn't do much that day cause I arrived at 5pm which was already quite dark! During the ride, I noticed that many people horn quite often. It was like constant noise pollution! Fascinating at first but it got more and more annoying. Every second, there would be at least 2 cars horning at the same time. And there are very few traffic lights around. When I reached Lucky Hotel, a narrow 2 star hotel, I was delighted to see 3 computers at the lobby. (: The room was not big but it was long.. everything in Vietnam seems so long. Long and thing. Even Vietnam is long. But I liked the hotel room still. (: It had cartoon network, disney channel and channel news asia! The breakfast served was delicious too!! Always ordered French Toast and banana milkshake. Second day!! Start of our journey. We left Hannoi to Ha Long Bay. The famous famous Ha Long Bay. That's me, my dad and my mom having lunch in a boat on the way to Ha Long Bay. My brother couldn't come along because of NS. ):We were given a choice to stay overnight in the boat but due to my mom's sea sickness, we couldn't. ): Ohyes! Amazingly, boats also horn at each other!! So there was constant noise pollution accompanying us throughout. Thankfully, we went further away from the other boats later and could peacefully enjoy the awesome scenery and food. (:

We even went inside a cave! That's called the heaven path. The light's so cool.
2nd cave!
Wonderful scenery! We went to Cat Ba after that to stay in a resort. This time it's 5 star resort!! It was like a paradise. Behind the resort was a mountain and infront was the beach and sea! I wish I could be burried there when I die.Had a good sleep and went to take a walk! Here's the scenery we saw. Everything was just so awesome except for the hundreds and thousands of dead millipedes that were lying all around the pathway!! Disgusting. It was raining the night before and early in the morning. Despite of that, my dad and I went for a swim later on in the morning!! When it started pouring again. And my rashes got better thanks to the sea water!

Took a boat there with some other tourists whom some of them also sat with my family on the first boat ride! I got to know 2 old ladies from England whom I found very amazing! They are literature teachers in England who have been touring around half of the world for six months! They took a train all the way from England to vietnam! And on the way also visited Russia, China... How cool! I also met a group of young adults from Canada who toured around for 6 months too! They wanted to skip winter. (: This truly is monkey island!! My mom got attacked by monkeys on the way back from the toilet! Luckily there were no scratches at all even though she said that she almost got bitten to death.My dad!I went canoeing with my dad too! It was beautiful. The scenery was too good. The sea was peaceful too. (: But there were no fishes or chorals. ):
The last day at Cat Ba. ): Which was the 4th day.Totally miss Cat Ba!!I see three people. (:On the way back to Hannoi. In the boat. (: This time, we visited the water caves on the way back!
There were selling pineapples!! That little girl kept saying "... pinapple!...pineapple!" The ... represents something which I don't understand.Finally, the water cave! It was low tide so the boat could enter. We took another type of boat. People actually vandalise the caves!! How sad. ): I saw writings on the rocks.
The blue building is a bank! A floating bank!ok! That's all!! On the 5th, I went back to Hannoi and then went back to Singapore on the 6th day... yup!! (: That's Vietnam!

Haloween was cool. A great experience altogether! But sadly, my phone got spoilt. Can't stand it. I've spoilt 3 phones, 3 cameras, 1 laptop. I'm never going to forgive myself for this.
The sweets we (Ze, ze2, tham, christine) collected yesterday wasn't as many as expected. But the people we met were nicer! Also, this time, our halloween bags improved. It's nicer looking and a little more durable. And this time, we went to someone's house to meet our classmates who were all celebrating halloween! I was a ghost yesterday, ze was a ghost too. Ze's brother was harry potter. Tham? She was an alien. And christine was... something complicated and nice! I'll say she was our queen! With a red cape and mask.
Today, I'm single eyelid. On both eyes!! So rare. Yesterday, I was still double and single. But now, both single!! How cool.
I'm going to practise something. But I don't know what to practise.
Demoralised. So is Tham.
I don't want to touch the violin for the rest of my life.
But bet I'm going to practise violin later.

Starting to teach tomorrow!!
I need to earn money. I need to get a phone, camera, laptop and grandpiano. What's really necessary for me now is a grandpiano. As for phone, I hope I can find my warranty and get it fixed!!
