I spent my very first day in Hannoi. Didn't do much that day cause I arrived at 5pm which was already quite dark! During the ride, I noticed that many people horn quite often. It was like constant noise pollution! Fascinating at first but it got more and more annoying. Every second, there would be at least 2 cars horning at the same time. And there are very few traffic lights around. When I reached Lucky Hotel, a narrow 2 star hotel, I was delighted to see 3 computers at the lobby. (: The room was not big but it was long.. everything in Vietnam seems so long. Long and thing. Even Vietnam is long. But I liked the hotel room still. (: It had cartoon network, disney channel and channel news asia! The breakfast served was delicious too!! Always ordered French Toast and banana milkshake.

Second day!! Start of our journey. We left Hannoi to Ha Long Bay. The famous famous Ha Long Bay. That's me, my dad and my mom having lunch in a boat on the way to Ha Long Bay. My brother couldn't come along because of NS. ):We were given a choice to stay overnight in the boat but due to my mom's sea sickness, we couldn't. ): Ohyes! Amazingly, boats also horn at each other!! So there was constant noise pollution accompanying us throughout. Thankfully, we went further away from the other boats later and could peacefully enjoy the awesome scenery and food. (:

We even went inside a cave! That's called the heaven path. The light's so cool.

Wonderful scenery! We went to Cat Ba after that to stay in a resort. This time it's 5 star resort!! It was like a paradise. Behind the resort was a mountain and infront was the beach and sea! I wish I could be burried there when I die.

Had a good sleep and went to take a walk! Here's the scenery we saw. Everything was just so awesome except for the hundreds and thousands of dead millipedes that were lying all around the pathway!! Disgusting. It was raining the night before and early in the morning. Despite of that, my dad and I went for a swim later on in the morning!! When it started pouring again. And my rashes got better thanks to the sea water!

We went to monkey's island later in the afternoon! That's monkey's island! Took a boat there with some other tourists whom some of them also sat with my family on the first boat ride! I got to know 2 old ladies from England whom I found very amazing! They are literature teachers in England who have been touring around half of the world for six months! They took a train all the way from England to vietnam! And on the way also visited Russia, China... How cool! I also met a group of young adults from Canada who toured around for 6 months too! They wanted to skip winter. (:

This truly is monkey island!! My mom got attacked by monkeys on the way back from the toilet! Luckily there were no scratches at all even though she said that she almost got bitten to death.

I went canoeing with my dad too! It was beautiful. The scenery was too good. The sea was peaceful too. (: But there were no fishes or chorals. ):

The last day at Cat Ba. ): Which was the 4th day.

On the way back to Hannoi. In the boat. (: This time, we visited the water caves on the way back!

There were selling pineapples!! That little girl kept saying "... pinapple!...pineapple!" The ... represents something which I don't understand.

Finally, the water cave! It was low tide so the boat could enter. We took another type of boat. People actually vandalise the caves!! How sad. ): I saw writings on the rocks.

The blue building is a bank! A floating bank!ok! That's all!! On the 5th, I went back to Hannoi and then went back to Singapore on the 6th day... yup!! (: That's Vietnam!
